Switching to a new Future Coach

When & How to Request a Change

Your fitness journey should feel personal, motivating, and tailored to you. If you're thinking about switching coaches, we're here to help you find the right fit. Here's how and when to make a change.


How to Switch Coaches in the App

  1. Go to Your Profile
    Tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. Tap "Change Coach"

  3. Choose "Explore Available Coaches"
    Tap to browse available coaches. You can filter by coaching style, training specialty, or other preferences. Or, you can send an message to our Coach Adviser team.

  4. Select Your New Coach
    Once you find someone you’re excited to work with, tap to view their profile and select Continue with Coach to confirm the switch.

  5. Start Training!
    Your new coach will reach out shortly to introduce themselves and begin customizing your plan.

Can I switch coaches at any time?

Yes! You can switch anytime during your active membership.

Will my data transfer to my new coach?

Yes. Your new coach will review your workout history and profile to get up to speed.

Is there a fee to switch coaches?

Nope—coach switches are always free.

How often can I switch?

We want you to be happy with your match. While there’s no limit, we recommend providing plenty of feedback to your current coach so they can really get to know you and dial in your plan.
