Risk-Free First Month: If for any reason you're not satisfied with your first month of membership, we’ll refund it—no questions asked. Email help@future.co for assistance with your refund.
Monthly Plans: You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Prepaid Plans: If you cancel early, we’ll refund the unused portion based on our standard $199/month pricing. For example, if you signed up for a 12-month plan and cancel after 1 month, we’ll charge $199 for that month and refund the remaining amount.
Non-Usage: We do not issue refunds for months in which you did not complete workouts or message your coach. Your subscription must be canceled in the app to stop billing.
How to Cancel: Head to Profile > Settings > Account > Update Membership > Cancel Membership.
