Risk-Free First Month: If for any reason you're not satisfied with your first month of membership, we’ll refund it—no questions asked. Email help@future.co for assistance with your refund.
Monthly Plans: You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Prepaid Plans: If you cancel early, we’ll refund the unused portion based on our standard $199/month pricing. For example, if you signed up for a 12-month plan and cancel after 1 month, we’ll charge $199 for that month and refund the remaining amount.
Non-Usage: We do not issue refunds for months in which you did not complete workouts or message your coach. You must cancel your subscription in the Future Pro app to stop billing.
How to Cancel: Head to Profile > Settings > Account > Update Membership > Cancel Membership.
