How to Cancel Your Membership
Open the Future App
Launch the Future app on your mobile device and log in to your account.Go to Profile > Settings
Tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner, then tap the Gear in the top right corner.Select "Your Account"
Tap Your Account, then choose Update Membership.Choose "Cancel Membership"
Tap Cancel Membership and follow the prompts.Complete the Cancellation Survey
You’ll be asked to complete a short survey to help us improve.
Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
When will my cancellation take effect?
You’ll retain full access to Future until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds.
Can I pause my membership instead?
Yes! If you just need a short break, pausing might be a better option.
Will I lose my data if I cancel?
Your account history is saved, and you can rejoin anytime. However, you cannot access workouts or messages and programming while your membership is cancelled.
