Which tier should I choose?

Core vs. Premium: Which plan is right for you?

The basics

What does Core include? Core ($129/month) is built for people who want structure and accountability without daily hand-holding. You get a personalized fitness, nutrition, and sleep plan; weekly check-ins; a monthly 1:1 coaching call; weekly food-log review; a body baseline assessment; a body composition scan; and a 50-biomarker lab panel. You also get access to discounted health add-ons.

What does Premium include? Premium ($399/month) includes everything in Core, plus significantly more coaching access, deeper testing, and expert clinical support. The key upgrades are daily check-ins with same-day replies, weekly 1:1 coaching calls, an 80+ biomarker lab panel, quarterly DEXA scans, a quarterly registered dietitian session, a personal supplement plan, and daily nutrition reviews.

Coaching access

How often will I hear from my coach on Core? Core members have weekly check-ins and a monthly 1:1 call. It's designed for people who are self-directed and want a solid plan with regular touchpoints, not daily oversight.

How is coaching different on Premium? Premium members get daily check-ins, same-day replies, and weekly 1:1 coaching calls. If your schedule, workload, or goals shift mid-week, your coach is available to adjust quickly. It's a better fit if you want closer guidance and fewer decisions to make on your own.

How often are 1:1 calls included? Core includes one 1:1 coaching call per month. Premium includes a weekly 1:1, four times the access.

Testing & biomarkers

What health testing is included with Core? Core includes a body composition scan and a 50-biomarker lab panel as part of your initial body baseline. This covers the essential markers to establish where your health stands at the start.

What testing does Premium add? Premium includes an 80+ biomarker lab panel, more than 60% more data points than Core, along with quarterly DEXA scans to track body composition changes over time. This gives you a clearer, more frequent view of what's changing inside and outside your body.

What is a DEXA scan and why does it matter? DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) is the gold standard for measuring body composition, breaking down fat, muscle, and bone in precise detail. Quarterly scans on Premium let you and your coach see exactly how your body is responding to your program, not just how you feel or look.

Nutrition support

How does nutrition support differ between plans? Core includes weekly food-log reviews: your coach checks in on what you're eating and gives feedback. Premium adds daily nutrition reviews, so feedback is faster and more frequent. Premium members also receive a quarterly session with a registered dietitian (RD) and a personal supplement plan, which Core members don't have access to.

What does the registered dietitian session include? On Premium, you meet with an RD every quarter. These sessions go deeper on food, lab results, and specific interventions, particularly useful when biomarker results point to something that warrants clinical-level nutrition guidance.

What is a personal supplement plan? Based on your biomarkers, lifestyle, and goals, Premium members receive a tailored supplement protocol developed with your RD. It's updated as your data changes.

Choosing between plans

How do I know if Core is right for me? Core is a great fit if you're self-motivated, have a clear sense of your goals, and want a solid personalized plan with regular accountability, but don't need daily coaching interaction. It's the most accessible way to get started with data-driven health coaching.

How do I know if Premium is right for me? Premium is a better fit if you want a higher level of involvement from your coach, more frequent expert touchpoints, and deeper visibility into your health data. It's particularly well-suited if you're managing a specific health goal, want to move faster, or simply prefer fewer decisions and more guidance.

Can I upgrade from Core to Premium later? Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Many members start on Core and move to Premium once they see the value of closer coaching and deeper testing.

Is the price difference worth it? That depends on what you need. Core gives you a complete, personalized health program. Premium gives you more of everything: more coaching, more data, more expert support. If the additional touch points and testing would meaningfully change how you act on your health, Premium pays for itself quickly.
